Tea is symbol of hospitality in Morocco, especially green mint tea. Moroccans are without any doubt some of the biggest tea consumers in the world. There are many ways to prepare a genuine Moroccan tea as they are quite a few varieties, the most known is the sweet mint tea largely consumed in the north of the country while in the south tea is consumed without mint and much bodied. The skill of the tea master is mesured by the taste of the tea but also by the volume of the foam made when pouring the beverage; a sahraoui glass of tea has usually more foam than tea in it.
You know when people ask you to take car of their pets or water their plants and you don't forget? Well this is obviously not the case!
