I've planted sunflower seeds in my frontyard some days ago, and now they're growing. They are very precious to me, because they are symbols for the fact that my girlfriend and I are working to make our house our home.

Envelop containing money to buy a gift for the newborn baby of a colleague. People are generous with their contributions, despite the heavy economical climate (illustrated by the newspaper - this is coincidence, I didn't put it there).

When I came home, the kitchen was a mess, because my girlfriend had been baking. No hard feelings, since she is baking the pastries for my father's wedding later this week.

My girlfriend is starting up a baking business, and now she takes evening courses in baking. This is one of the results she took home on May the 15th.
